The Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) will hold an Informational Meeting to discuss new legislation and requirements regarding Outcome Based Performance Contracting (OBPC), and to provide an overview of this alternative project delivery method and CPRA’s vision for delivering and implementing Coastal Master Plan projects using these contracts.
