Maura Wood

Partnership Manager, Coastal Louisiana Restoration, National Wildlife Federation

Maura Wood is National Wildlife Federation’s Partnership Manager for Coastal Louisiana Restoration, building relationships with coastal stakeholders and others who are passionate about our coast and how we go about restoring it. Through coalition-building workshops, kitchen table discussions, public presentations, and private conversations, Ms. Wood works to advocate for and enhance the communication and information-sharing that is critical to our restoration efforts. Ms. Wood is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (Go Badgers), and a Master of Science in Oceanography and Coastal Science from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers).
