Ingredients

  • Ingredients

    • Freshly caught Wahoo
      Crunchy garlic and chili topping
      Soy Sauce
      Jalapeño
      Lime
      Sriracha sauce

    Instructions

    1. Go fishing and catch Wahoo!
    2. Filet and cut wahoo into bite-size pieces, and line along a serving tray (you could stop here and just eat as is, but if you’re looking for added flavor continue…).
    3. Top with garlic chili topping, slices of jalapeño and a squeeze of lime.
    4. Finish with soy sauce and sriracha sauce to taste.
    5. Enjoy!
