Vanishing Paradise Supper

Date: September 13, 2017
Time: 7:00 pm
Location: 3607 Magazine St. New Orleans, LA 70115

Please join Chef Nathan Richard of New Orleans’ Cavan Restaurant on Wednesday, September 13th, at 7:00 pm for a celebration of the bounty of coastal Louisiana’s estuaries.

The four-course meal will include alligator, garfish, turtle, rabbit, duck and more! Vanishing Paradise, a program of the National Wildlife Federation, is a partner of this event and will receive a portion of the proceeds. Call Cavan for reservations.

For an additional charge, courses can also be paired with beers from Thibodaux’s Mudbug Brewery, which will be debuting a special, limited edition black lager, Mudbug Noir. The beer’s dark color represents the nearly black bayous and swamps in coastal Louisiana, but the taste will be crisp, smooth and light, like a traditional lager.

A limited number of seats are available so please make your reservation today by emailing info@cavannola.com or call (504) 509-7655.

$65 for supper. $25 to add beer pairing.

Attendees will have the chance to compete for prizes by testing their knowledge of Louisiana’s coast and the tasty creatures it produces.
