Get Outside!
On March 22, Gov Edwards issued a Stay at Home Order directing all Louisiana residents to shelter at home and limit movements outside of their home beyond essential needs. Under this order, Louisianans can “engage in outdoor activity, provided individuals maintain a distance of six feet from one another and abide by the 10-person limitation on gathering size.”

- Culture Aid NOLA – Culture Aid Nola is a collaborative relief effort of several New Orleans area nonprofits serving culture and hospitality workers. CAN directs aid to the underserved members of these communities who may have difficulty accessing aid through traditional channels.
- Feed the Frontline NOLA – We’re a 501(c)(3) organization working to feed hospital workers across New Orleans, employ out-of-work musicians/artists, and support locally-owned restaurants during the COVID-19 crisis.
- Coastal Communities Consulting – Coastal Communities Consulting, Inc. (CCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving Southeast Louisiana’s coastal entrepreneurs and families through business technical assistance, economic development, social support services, and continued disaster assistance.
- Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana’s Oyster Shell Recycling Program – Urban South Brewery in New Orleans has collaborated with CRCL to create a new brew that promotes our Oyster Shell Recycling Program. “Shucks Y’all” is available for pickup. As we say, saving Louisiana’s coast never tasted so good.
