Description: National Wildlife Federation is currently seeking a Plaquemines Parish Outreach Professional Coordinator. Our campaign advocates for coastal restoration through the implementation of Louisiana’s Coastal Master Plan, with the mission of re-connecting the Mississippi River to the delta to protect people, wildlife and jobs. This position will work with coastal parish residents to provide information about sustainable, cost-effective restoration projects based on sound science, and to understand community members’ concerns about the impacts of these projects. This position will be located in New Orleans, La.
